These guys know what they are doing!!!

This tree service was extremely professional and hard working. They had top notch equipment and they worked diligently and quickly. My yard was picked up nicely when they finished. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Honest and hard working comany. I would never call anyone else again. I would recommend to anyone!

Fast and professional. They came when they were suppossed to. They took care of my yard as if it was their own. Crew was nice and very helpfull. Would recomend to anyone.

upstate was great ... i had 3 large pines removed that were towering over my home.. they were very professional and honest with their work.. very impressed..the workers were very clean and hard working i would refer them to friends and family

I contracted the services of Upstate New York Tree Service to remove two large trees and grind the stumps. The stumps were never removed! The company stopped taking my calls and never responded to a complaint made to the BBB. My next step is small claims court. My suggestion is to use a different company if your looking for a tree service!!

They came to remove the tree fast after giving the estimate, I paid in full when the tree was removed. I cleared away the chips after they left and discovered the stump that was left under the chips = 8"high and over 4 feet wide. 2 1/2 weeks later have they have never returned any of 5 phone calls about completing the job. Contract states grinding of stump to 10-12" below grade.
