I couldn't be happier on the service provided to me at Par-K Enterprises on 4/01/15. I called in the morning regarding a malfunctioning engine light. Service technician Rick advised me to bring vehicle, a 2013 Chrysler 300S, to the garage for diagnoses. After a short wait Rick explained what caused the problem and the measures taken to correct the warning light. I did attempt to have another local Chrysler dealership diagnose the problem but they wouldn't look at my vehicle for at least a week and a half. Thanks Par-K for your service.

I really hope no one tries to trade in a vehicle here they'll try to low ball you close to 2 grand under was your kbb trade in value is. And then give you a line about what they have to put into the vehicle etc. I received a letter from them looking to offer a buy out on my jeep and offered only 3,000 on a 2004 w/ 110k miles .... worth 5300 in trade in (it is in good condition no major work needed), or if u did want to argue fair condition still worth 4475. Why send me a letter offering a competitive buy out or trade in value, and offer me 2k lower than reasonable trade in value. I didn't get to speak with the sales manager who sent the letter and got handled rather unprofessionally by a different saleman. However their body shop does great work, maybe a little pricey but its well done with an experienced eye. I'd go there for body work but not any car trade purchase or sell.
