Daniel Health Care is a more than 130-bed, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Fulton, Miss. The center offers a wide range of services, including short-term rehabilitation; physical, occupational and speech therapies; residential care; nutrition services; Alzheimer's unit; 24-hour skilled nursing; respiratory therapy and social services. Its Alzheimer's disease unit includes private dining and family rooms, as well as a living area. Operational for more than 30 years, the center also offers on-site certified family nurse practitioners, which offers a variety of directed activities to residents. Its rehabilitation team comprises a licensed social worker, a Medicare nurse coordinator and an on-site certified family nurse practitioner.
