Lady in office very rude. Had lied to me on 3 occasions saying my insurance will not pay for device needed, but one phone call to them and each time they gladly told them that they would cover product. Now instead of ordering to product needed she told me to go somewhere else to get equipment. Perhaps she should look @ the contract they signed as a preferred provider. I will gladly use another provider, but for my trouble I will also file a complaint with the insurance agency in hopes of having this breach of contract render their contract voided before others have the same issues.
