I was absolutely dreading having to replace my roof, always hear horror stories, but this was absolutely the easiest project that I have had done in the 15 years since I bought the house. My service representative Javier gave me an estimate back in December 2014 and when I contacted him in January the estimate was spot on. The crew was friendly and professional, they began the project on a Wednesday and it was completed the following Monday morning with the final inspection that afternoon. Though I know that I wasn't the only project that the company had that week, Javier made me feel as though I was a priority. He made sure all the permits were obtained, checked in on the crew as they worked and waited hours several hours on 2 occasions to be there when the inspectors came to make sure the job was satisfactory.
