I told her I wanted a solid color, she insisted I get white tips saying it's better, I do not like white tips and she completely ignored my request and continued to with white tips!! I'm so upset with their customer service!! I give 2 star because the nails look good but it wasn't what I wanted.

I was in today for a eyebrow wax and in the middle of my wax another employee walked in the room with another customer and says " oh she busy sit right here and wait you next" Um no! I felt that my privacy was completely disregarded and invaded. I spoke with the manager and he said that the lady was in a hurry and that he was sorry. I explained that I have always had to wait in the lobby and this woman should have been made to do the same or come back when she was not in a hurry. I will not be back and I urge anyone who values thier privacy to do the same.

Been going here to nail pro now for 5 years , great service treat you like family. Always do good job pedi and nails . Try them out!! Really friendly staff all of them.. Been in there and some customers not nice .. Really customers !!! If you don't like the color that they put on your nail let them know after one nail is done .. Don't wait till all nails are done to complain. That's not right!! Just wasted your time and the tech's time.. Be respectful, and think about how you would want someone to treat you if you were doing someone's nails..

I have gone to Nail Pro for several years. All of the nail tech's are friendly and very talented. The shop has been recently updated and has a very relaxing spa environment. May and Tina give the best pedicures and Kia will make your nails fabulous. Top notch salon 10 star service

The BEST nail salon, I can't believe anyone would go anyplace else. I also don't believe the reviews below as they must not be referring to the Clifford Drive location. I've been going to Nail Pro on Clifford Drive for over a year, Kacy, May, Ann & Ky are fabulous. They go the extra mile to make their customer feel special and comfortable. It's a personal treat I give to myself to go there. Thank you for the BEST treatment ever!

The worst experience that I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get a powder overlay taken off and was planning on getting another set put on. She drilled and drilled on my nails until I was in tears. I finally had to tell her to stop and that I wouldn't be getting a new set. That happened yesterday, and today my nail beds are in so much pain. They are all very red and it looks as if she drilled all the way down to the meat that is supposed to be underneath my nail.

Also, after I was done soaking my nails in acetone, she sucked the used liquid back into a bottle labeled "Acetone".

I will be filing a formal complaint today.

I just had the WORST solar nail job done. She nicked my nail beds badly, did not put the pink on I asked for. They are POORLY misshaped. Each nail is a different size. She wore the white down on my thumbs on the side. I wish I had a picture to post. As you walk in she sits on the left, third station. HORRIBLE.

They are great people who do GREAT nails. Very customer service oriented, kind and helpful. Been going there for years and will continue to do so. Love them!
