General Info
Working up from very little and developing into the stable, thriving business we have today has been fun, but at times challenging. We constantly push the envelope with new, innovative, and exciting pool and spa projects. Making sure the wheels are turning on the axles of our well oiled machine leaves me with limited time to enjoy hobbies having four children didnt leave me with much spare time over the years either!

Just stopped in to pick up some chemicals for my spa. Was remembered and welcomed by the store staff. Gave me some hints on using my chemicals properly. Great group of people to work with.
Cody is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have used Spa Kingdom for all the pol needs here at Palm Ridge. I can only tell you that they are truly the best in the area!

I have always been happy with the service from spa kingdom... but i think if you are going to do the repair they are saying and you have it done , that they should waive the $95 service fee. I had a$1300 repair done and they would not waive the fee... i did ask!
I just signed up for weekly and monthly maintenance on my spa. Process was easy. I’ll repost after I can judge the service.
David is a very knowledgeable and personable/professional person. We are confident that he will resolve our problem.

The buying experience with Leanne was exceptional. Leanne was friendly and knowledgeable and helped to guide us to the spa we ended up choosing.
Our installation was not normal. We had to build a vault and sink the spa in the area where our shell spa was located. Matt Smith did an excellent job from start to finish and delivered the finished product, as promised, on time for our family to come for the Christmas holidays and to enjoy using our new spa.
We certainly want to thank both Leanne and Matt for their exceptional professionalism and enjoyed working with Spa Kingdom.
