Sometimes, it works okay, but sometimes not. Our recent experience, our package was left at an abandoned home in the neighborhood on Wed. We contacted UPS right away. 2 days later, UPS left our second package at the same abandoned home and noted that the first package was still there, but he left both there. Seems to be that accuracy is not their top priority. Their top priority seems to be speed at all costs. AFter a big run-around, and at our insistence, we were put in touch with a local manager who contacted the driver who then gave her details to pass to us so that we could go out and find our packages. Luckily, they had not been stolen from the porch of the abandoned house. However, that abandoned house did not have the same address as ours, and our address was clearly and accurately stated on the package. We live on Main Street and all homes are clearly marked with the addresses. Again, we feel that speed is UPS's top priority, and accuracy is not a priority.
