I called Mr. Ruffner at 7:30 this morning because there were issues with my 86 year old mother's septic tank. He came out within a couple hours, and it is 15 degrees out today. They fixed the issue, and only the issue, and spent time educating me about the problem, how to fix it for the future, and how to save my mom some money. Mr. Ruffner and his sons are some of the nicest people I've met. I recommend them highly!!

paul and his employees are quite good folks. fair priced, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. i will definately use them again, and refer them to others. we have some great local business people here in front royal, and ruffners septic service is one of them. sparky

A family owned biz very nice and came out right away they were reasonable with the price and when they left my yard was put back exactly like it was found will def call again.

Here is someone with experience you can trust. We had a problem with puddling in our septic field and called another service. They suggested looking at the distribution lines with a camera to find the problem. Cost several hundred dollars and no answers. Then they wanted to dig up the yard because they could not figure out where the distribution box was. Mr. Ruffner and crew found it and had it cleaned out in about an hour at about the tenth of the cost. We will ALWAYS use Mr. Ruffner for our septic system and highly recommend him.
