Any time I have had tire issues that other places could not fix, these guys have fixed then! Realised I was missing a center cap 5 days after getting my vehicle from them. Was not sure if it was left in the shop or fell off after leaving shop. They ordered me a new one free! Thanks!

I needed an inspection, and there was no one in line (4 or 5 empty bays). They programmed me into the computer and took my keys/registration. Then the inspector (who was doing nothing) proceeded to assist one of the mechanics with mechanical work, he was holding the screwdriver while the mechanic was turning a wrench. There were 5 or 6 other young men doing basically nothing...but apparently they didnt know how to hold the screwdriver? So I waited and waited then asked the inspector when he was going to get to the inspection? He said after he completes the mechanical work, maybe 40 minutes....if I was in a hurry I should go somewhere else. SO I DID! Obviously it wasn't worth the $16 inspection fee for him to give me any priority, respect or common courtesy. They should take their inspection sign down and be embaressed of such terrible service. I have 4 vehicles but I will never take any of the to McCarthy Tire for any reason based on my experience them. There are so many other places to go where your business is welcome.

They have been servicing our families cars for a few year, now and we love them. Last year, my grandmother passed away and I had to bring my car which was in need of an oil change. They squeezed me on a late Friday afternoon just so I did not have to worry when I was traveling.

My car was totaled by someone two days before I HAD to be home. I live 8 hours away and had no transportation, b ut these guys were quick to help me out. They even drove my car to another shop for me when I couldn't do it. They didn't even charge! My experience with these guys was very positive.

I've been there several times, usually at short notice and they've managed to fit me in, get me fixed up and gone in a reasonable amount of time. Today I went in for an inspection, having let the end of last month slip by, and they took good care of me.

This shop uses their State Inspection station for profit. They will go over your car with a fine tooth comb to find some reason to fail it so they can do the repair and profit from it. If you don't have the repair done they will slap a rejection sticker on it. If you have the repair done somewhere else and come back for a re-inspection they will keep you waiting out of spite.Just go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

I've been to this store four times in 7 years trying to get a state safety inspection on my car. Each time they've told me that their inspector was "out sick". The state requires that to have an inspection license, you must have an inspector on duty during the posted hours. I've never gone there and found an inspector on duty. These guys have horrible business practices if their state inspection policies are any indication. When I've asked why they don't have an inspector on duty, they have been VERY rude. I'll never do business with these people. NOT recommended.
