Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Do not use. We sent several oriental rugs out to be cleaned, half were cleaned and half were left dirty, untouched. Since they were all wrapped in paper, we only discovered this AFTER we had written our check and they had driven away! We called, they denied, then said they would "clean them again"...that was a YEAR AGO...I call every couple weeks. IN ADDITION to this they have two more of our rugs that they never have returned! The owner, Terri keeps saying "yeah I got 'em, I'll bring em out next week" it has been a year that they have had those. I can only imagine they have been lost of ruined, guess it does not matter as it seemes we will never see then again. These were very nice rugs.Be aware! Do NOT use this company, esp. for send out services!
