Had a really great experience at vogue! I recently moved from Massachusetts and have been trying to find a good salon had a bad experience at one previously due to thinning shears. Vivien has saved my hair with hand tied hair extensions they were great they didn’t become loose at all. The color was spot on as well. She also gave me a haircut and style that was great it blended really well and she was with me 1 on 1 so it was a private experience that was very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back.

Let me start off by saying if you're looking for a genuine review this is it. I will be honest, the hair extension process was very foreign to me and quite overwhelming. Vivien was very helpful in explaining and offered me solutions for every issue that came up. She is very good at problem solving. The atmosphere of the salon is very friendly and even her assistant Jessica made me feel very welcomed. Im so happy I came across Vivien. If you are looking for someone who can listen and work with you.. this is the place to go.

Vivien is amazing. She was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule. She is very welcoming and will go above and beyond to give you your desired look. She used toner multiple times just to get the perfect color. It was my first time dying my hair and she made that process very easy. I will for sure be coming back for hair extensions.

vogue hair extensions in frisco tx is by far the best place ever for color, extensions and everything and anything hair! vivien lee has a ton of options for extensions and i had short fine thin hair that doesn't grow and i chopped my bangs....now i can feel confident with my great lengths fusion hair extensions and my beautiful curtain bangs! the backside of my hair vivien used hand tied weft extensions- thick and long (20") not only this....she also fixed my burgundy brown hair color to match my lighter golden carmel brown color - i haven't felt this amazing and confident in years! i will never go anywhere else and highly recommend vivien for all of your hair needs! Vivien is AMAZING. I was so nervous to get hair extensions but I was more scared of how bad my hair was thinning out and losing on a daily basis. I’ve been coming to get my hair done with Vivian for the last 2 years and it is always a wonderful experience and I leave a happy customer. I get the great length hair extensions and it last me about 4-5 months each time with maintenance visits in between. These extensions are easy maintenance for every day life especially being a full time mom and work. I will never go to another hairstylist as long as Vivian is around. Vivian did an amazing job on my hair. She’s a good listener and will satisfy your needs! She’s straight forward and on top of what she does. My hair is slightly short and thin but Vivian made my hair voluminous and thicker. She does an absolute amazing job!

i got my hair done here and it was absolutely amazing my hair was a complete disaster because i got my extensions done in brazil they’re called “americano invísível” because i was born in brazil and i went back over winter break and i wanted to get extensions for the first time so i got them done when i was on my trip to brazil and when i came back from brazil i needed to find a hairstylist that would know how to deal with my kind of hair and how to properly put on extensions and take them out and it was my first time trying a new hairstylist i went to vogue hair extensions and got my hair done by vivien and she did an amazing job she was very careful with my hair and she put my extensions exacty how i wanted them and i couldn’t be more grateful that i found her my hair feels and looks amazing everyone should come and see her she is amazing at what she does she got my extensions out of my hair so carefully and made me feel more confident in myself also the environment is very clean and well taken care of everyone should come and check her out.

First, please understand Vivian pressures you to give her a good review immediately while still in the chair, so be weary of the ones you are reading! She also tried to bribe me to remove this review! I got a 22” set of fusion tip Bellami extensions here, which cost me upward of $3300. I didn’t mind spending that much once I was told there was no monthly maintenance! I specifically remember being told this, but after they were installed she asked me if I wanted to schedule a maintenance to add another pack of hair which is $600 every 6 weeks. I had my extensions for 4 weeks on the dot when I noticed immense amount of hair in my brush, floors, car and laundry. They were falling out!!! I told Vivian and she asked me to come in where she insisted they weren’t shedding and she installed them properly (not true about 50% of my hair was gone) and told me the best she could do was call Bellami and report issues through my warranty. Bellami sent me a pack of hair for free and I was charged $250 to install it. I asked her repeatedly if this was going to fix my problem & was told “no clue”. Here I am 2 months later on the dot, where my current trusted stylist has informed me they have been installed improperly & there are bonds in my head with absolutely no hair in them at all. Please save yourself a ton of heartbreak, hair-breakage, and money and at the very least do not get the fusion extensions.

Every time I come into Vivian's Vogue Hair salon Vivian is so welcoming and friendly. The very first time I came into get my hair done a year ago she did an outstanding job from taking my brown hair and coloring it blonde with strawberry blonde highlights. The end result was a total transformation that I absolutely adored!! Today I came into get my hair touched up with recoloring and a haircut and as always the end results are a complete change of excitement!

OMG is been 3 months and I haven't lost chunks of hair. I can't begin to explain what a game changer it has been to have Viven do my hair extensions!!
First off...My hair is actually growing underneath now! I can brush my hair and to do my hair daily and not worry about chunks of extensions going bad and coming out. My hair feels wonderful too...I can run my hands thru it without pulling on extensions they don't come out. I continue to get compliments all the time. I'm told I look way younger...
I'm also now told how bad my previous extensions were by others that didn't want to say that to me at the time. But now they tell me it's never looked so good! The color... the cut... the extensions and the style.... BEST EVER!
