Got suckered in and spent twice as much as I intended to. Ordered a ring from their catalog. Ring did not look like the picture. Told I would have a store credit instead of a refund. Not much selection in the store. Decided to keep the ring and have it sized to fit better since I didn't trust ordering from the catalog again. Ring was made much smaller than I was told it would be, and did not fit. I did not want it sized again and I did not want to order from the catalog again so I asked their jeweler to make me a ring that looked more like the picture. I asked for a price and was told they could not give me one until they made the ring and weighed it. When I went to pick it up I was given the bill and was shocked to see I had to pay almost double what I already paid. The ring was nice but I never would have bought it if I knew what the price was. Overall, not happy with my experience.
