Disappointing experience. They have taken care of my pool for years then build new building, raise rates with no added benefit for customers. The final straw was after they took care of pool and equipment the filter housing is overtighened and cracks the leaks. They send a picture and estimate but have no idea how that could happen. No return calls so I fired them and hired new company to fix and maintain equipment. Beware as they are trying to pay for their new facilities and customer service is not on there agenda!
If you want a company to come out quick and on-time. Call them. but wait. If you want a company that cares about customer satisfaction then run way and don't come back. After 2 visits and dropping $600 on various heaters parts just to be told "call the gas company". Then to have no offer to make good on any of the unnecessary parts that I wasted for nothing that is just too much. Would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
The guys at Streamline showed up when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and when I contacted them about my pump making a noise, they were back out right away (it turns out that my basket was clogged with pool brush bristles!). Would recommend Streamline in a heartbeat!!
