      This really is a great place to get your workouts in. It's convenient. The equipment is really nice and the people there are supportive. A big bonus is that the place is never over-crowded.

Boot camp style functional training in our Core Group Fitness room with TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettle Bells, Battling Ropes, Sled Pulls, Medicine Balls, Rip Trainers, Slam Balls, Sand Bags, and more! TRX is the latest and greatest in workouts. Burn up to 1000 calories, build muscle, lose fat all in less time than a typical group workout. Stop in, check us out and stay for a workout!
