First of all, I am NOT an employee nor am I a personal friend of any of the staff, etc. I suspect a few of these nasty reviews are revenge reviews. I have been going to Dr. Riehs for years and have had all sorts of treatments including microderms, fraxel, etc. and every treatment has been money well-spent. I am frankly shocked at the hateful reviews because anyone who knows this doctor or his staff know these hateful comments are lies. If anyone is ever not happy with anything Dr. Riehs wants to know and he makes it right. I know this because I have asked him from time to time on something I buy and he is always fair and kind. Not only that but he is an all-out perfectionist and he is also insistent his staff is as well when it comes to delivering results. I have not met a more qualified doctor and especially one that is as kind and sensitive as this doctor is. I would never even think of going to someone else as Dr. Riehs has earned my complete trust and I can actually SEE my results. I am thrilled with my results that I get from this doctor and his team.
