Took my daughters phone's to this store to have gorilla glass installed. Within 24hrs the glass they applied came off one phone and cracked on the other phone. Went back to the store to receive a credit back but was told only the owner could do that and I would have to come back the next day. We went back a total of 3 times to get this resolved but with each time the owner was not in and the store personal were not authorized or able to issue a refund.

We ended up going to Dr. Cell Phone around the corner and was able to get actual gorilla glass installed and at a less expensive price. We were also informed by the tech at Dr. Cell Phone that installation by Glam had damaged one of the phones screens.

Word of warning if you want quality work done at a reasonable price Glam Accessories is not the place to go. They do shoddy work and don't stand behind their products.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I bought a "Verizon" iPhone 16gb from the cell phone exchange in Frisco from Sharika Nash and I took it to the Verizon store only to find out that it is NOT a Verizon cell phone. I wasted $433 on this phone and they will not give me my money back. The "Legal Department" is handled by Michael Reedes and he also will not do anything about it except allow me to exchange it for another phone which I don't need to do because I already purchased an iPhone directly from the Verizon Store. Beware of this company!!!!
