In February 2004 Southwest Party Factory, LLC signed a franchise agreement with Party America. After much searching, and putting up first born children as collateral a lease was signed and on November 26, 2004 Party America opened its doors for the first time to serve the partiers of Frisco, TX. Growth came quickly and at the first conference in 2005 we were awarded the Survivor Award for just making it through our first year for party supplies. At the Party America conference in 2006 we were able to show off a little as we had the 2nd highest sales for all franchise stores. A big deal as this was just our second year of existence. It was a great time to be a partier in Frisco. Things were going great and then in September 2006 it was announcement that Amscan Holdings the parent company of Party City had purchased Party America. For the first year Party America and Party City were run as separate entities and at the Party America meeting in 2007 we were awarded franchise of the year! Things were changing for our party heroes in Frisco. In 2008 Mike decided to leave the party for other opportunities and although he was missed, Robert kept the party going. Over the next two years things became evident that Party America as a brand went from lame duck to as former Party America CEO Marty stated a dead duck. Party America Frisco under the Party City model was profitable, but there something was missing. The magic of the party was gone. But how do you get that spark back? It finally became clear that the path of operating as a Party City was not the way. In the fall of 2010 Southwest Party Factory, LLC and Amscan Holding/Party City (after a costly lawsuit) decided to part ways. Southwest Party was given the right to continue to operate as a Party America, but after consideration (and the fact Party City still runs the namesake website) it was time to move on with a new name. Taking the best attributes of Party America and Party City while emphasizing our Texas roots and in February 2011 Party America Frisco was reborn as Frisco Party Station! Like our great state our retail store has a large footprint. At 10,500 sqft we are big enough able to carry a wide selection of party supplies, We offer over 70 different kid’s platelines. We also support local entities such as our local high schools. We have platelines, balloons, and decorations for Frisco, Centennial, Wakeland, Liberty, Lone Star, Heritage, Plano, Plano East, Plano West, Little Elm, Celina, and The Colony High Schools. Frisco and the surrounding areas have people from all over the country with different college loyalties asked for their colleges and we listened. Frisco Party Station now carries over 30 licensed college platelines for our neighbors from other lands. This has been met with much appreciation and with the success of this program we are looking to add other sports as well. In March 2013 we added Balloon Decor and Free Balloon Delivery (yes you read that right our balloon delivery service is free) We added balloon delivery & decor to help differentiate us from our larger corporate neighbors & other independent party stores in the area. Outrageous customer service is our number one goal which is why you will never visit our store and not be able to find our friendly staff on hand to help you with you party needs. Our store manager Kirk has been with the company since our founding in 2004 and has been a driving force in our becoming more customized to the wants and needs of our neighbors in the greater Frisco area. If there is anything you need you will be impressed with his knowledge in the party industry and the lengths he will go to help you make your event a success. We will never be perfect, but that's never stopped us before from trying! We are not out for global domination of the retail party supply market we just want to give our neighbors a great experie

November 26, 2004 Southwest Party Factory, LLC opened Party America Frisco a franchise of Party America. 2005 was awarded Survivor Award by Party America. 2006 was awarded 2nd highest volume store in Party America franchise group. 2006 Party America corporate was purchased by Amscan Holdings the parent company of Party City. 2007 was awarded Franchise of the Year for Party America. 2010 Southwest Party Factory, LLC & Amscan Holdings agreeded to end the partnership between SWPF and Party America Franchising 2011 Party America Frisco rebranded to Frisco Party Station. 2013 BalloonsDallas.Com was formed as a sister company to Frisco Party Station to deliver balloons & build custom balloon decor to better serve our customers. November 26, 2014 Frisco Party Station celebrated 10 years in operation in Frisco.
