I bought some new basketball shoes ( KD Trey 5ii)on 1-2-14 from the north park foot locker. After trying them on at home I decided to return them because they are really tight on my feet. Instead of driving to Dallas I came to foot locker at stonebriar mall in Frisco. While I was there I tried them on again to make sure I did want to return them or exchange them. I didn't find anything so I devcided to return the Shoes. Well when I got to the register the manager Crista denied me because they were supposedly worn. I told her I wore them at her store and that is how the soles got dirty. Crista still denied me and now I am stuck with shoes I bought yesterday that hurt my feet.

I do not recommend anybody using footlocker of this is the type of managers they promote.
