Had a home computer picked up and was told it would be returned the next day. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks later (after numerous calls), it was returned. I had noticed a few days later the floppy drive was not visible and called the tech. He said he would come to the house the next day and fix it. He never showed. Another promise to show the next day and again....no show. One week later I called him again and he was on vacation. He said another tech would come and fix it. The other tech never showed either. I had my computer fixed by a friend with more computer savvy than I. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now the owner is calling me and won't listen to me. WOW........GOOD LUCK!!!
