  Dr. Clements earned a Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). While there he served as President of his medical school class for all 4 years. He then completed his Psychiatry residency at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, where he served as the chief resident in 2003-2004.
