Blade Energy Partners is an independent research, engineering and project management company that serves the energy/oil industry. It provides a variety of specialty products and services, including well design, exploration, field development, underbalanced drilling, coiled tubing technology, thru-tubing multilateral drilling, tubular mechanics and reservoir subsidence analysis. Its completed projects include: Buckling, post-buckling and stress analysis under thermal and operational loads for a long, pipe-in-pipe subsea pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico; design of several challenging high-pressure, high-temperature wells for clients in California, Norway and the Middle East; and development of first transient underbalanced drilling training simulator in partnership with Scandpower, A. S., of Norway.
