      I was put on hold for 5 minutes waiting for new appointments, disconnected, called again (see below)

      the 2nd time I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected when the switchboard closed--I was never connected to the appointment desk! Perhaps these doctors are too busy for patients!
