This person is sooooo rude and obnoxious he was talking to me a possible customer like I was his enemy.. I would not refer him to anyone who is buying a home and needs a home inspection.

I was selling my home and wanted to know if there any service issues I needed to deal with that could have costly repairs or jepeordize the sale. The inspector did an incredible and thorough report of virtually every square inch of my home and was able to get me in touch with inexpensive contractors to make the needed repairs. I did not have to reduce price of my home for these items and I got the amount I was looking for. I just put his very professional looking binder, with photos, on the kitchen table so that the agents could show the prospective buyers and they knew everything up front. He even put a sign on my For Sale sign indicating that it had been inspected. Sold the home in 1 week! Awesome, awesome service.
