Weir Floway is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weir Group, a United Kingdom-based provider of engineering solutions. The company is one of six divisions that comprise the Weir Clear Liquid division of the Weir Group. The other Clear Liquid divisions include Weir Pumps, Weir Materials and Foundries, Weir Specialty Pumps, Weir Lewis and Weir Rubber Engineering. All of these companies work to design, manufacture and service engineered pumps and fluid-handling systems. Weir Floway is the division that is solely concentrated on the vertical pump product line. The company manufactures vertical turbine pumps that are designed for use in the oil and gas, power and renewable energy, water and wastewater industries. Weir Floway is located in Fresno, Calif.
