I showed up only 5 minutes late, after traveling for almost an hour to get there and the receptionist took her time give me the message to the doctor and then the doctor refused to see me. I complain to the office explaining how far you traveled they still refuse to see me. A week later I received a letter in the mail refusing advising me that they would no longer provide service to me. I agree the office is very uncaring and unprofessional! No one even asked me for my side of the story before sending the letter.

Waiting on the phone tree for over 10 minutes. All I wanted was your fax number. It is not on your website. Your web master needs to get busy.
