I was being helped by a young lady (I am assuming she was new), she couldn't seem to find the item I was looking for.
A loud lady shouted across the room that she had an appointment to keep and could someone please help her check out.
My young lady immediately left me and went to the register to help the other person. I waited and waited, and then went to see what the hold-up was. The person with the "appointment" was pulling stuff off the rack and seemingly shopping instead of checking out!
I made a comment to the "cashier" that the lady's appointment must not have been so urgent after all and that I was not waiting around while she helped this woman shop instead of helping me.

I'm not sure I want to go back there.
