We handcraft every chocolate bar in this chocolate factory and shop from scratch - from cocoa beans - and go through 14 steps to turn the raw cocoa beans to finished chocolate bar. Our name is a combination of my sons' names: Raphael and Rio - combined to be Raphio Chocolate. The mission of the company is evolved around the pure and real chocolate that I feed to my own children. That said, we welcome everyone to come and visit us.
