They did a great job on my Mercedes transmission. Art seems to really know his transmission. Thumbs up!!

My wife's Honda Odyssey was on its last leg and she called about for quotes and information, after a little while it became evident that I needed to make the calls. When I called Art at Quality Transmissions I found him to be both pleasant and helpful, and I will add he was the one that was the most polite and helpful to my wife. We needed a transmission and Honda North said we were going to need some computer thing too, Art indicated that that probably was not true and that was the fact. Quality Transmission replaced our transmission and now we are on the road again we are going to Idaho for Christmas and I know we are better off with Arts Quality Transmission getting us there. They offer all vehicle services and we have found a new shop for all our vehicle repairs. Happy Holidays

I was recently at another repair facility getting transmission work done and came over to Quality Transmission for a little heads up. I met Art and got to know about him and his shop. While I wasn't dealing directly with Art I was pleased with the information he was offering as a solution to my transmission delima. I didn't know they offered 5 year warranties on their transmissions but will spread the word and I hope I never have a transmission problem again. Suggestions are what they are suggestions and I suggest that if you have a transmission problem bring it to Quality Transmissions ask for Art. He could have burned that other shop and he didn't that's what I call a stand up guy

Best Warranty, great prices Art was the best. Kind and considerate service. He offered explanation of my transmission problem to my uncle who screened the repair for me. My uncle said Art was really good at explaining the problem and what he was going to do to fix the transmission. We loved the warranty but wish the price was lower. But feel we got a great deal. Love the family atmosphere. I will be going back for all y repairs.

Sincerely, an absolute pleasure in respect to the car and customer service! We all know how intimidating car care can be to a female, the experience I had with Quality Transmissions in Fresno was nothing short of a breath of fresh air and a show of integrity. The service was affordable (air conditioner service) and the customer service was top notch! I was informed, entertained during my wait and also given fresh coffee I was regularly updated on progress during the repair and able to use their free wifi while I waited! Honest gave me a price on the phone then when I went in to pick up my truck Art said it required a second filter. I was ready for an unexpected add to the price quoted on the phone, but much to my surprise Art said He missed the extra filter, my car needed it so he stuck to his price and put the second filter on my Dodge truck. Travis is like anti confrontation getting my Mercedes was like a hand walk stroll in the park. It didnt really need alot just a fuel filter and some injector cleanning thingy what ever that is but my Benz runs so much better. I highly reccomend you visit Quality Transmission I thought I had a transmission problem (even Mercedes said I did HUMPH!!!) got out of Quality for under $450 and no transmission. great JOB..Travis I'm yours.

I called all over JR answered my questions and helped me to understand the procedure. Chris helped me with my Lexus getting the best deal on a transmission with a wonderful warranty, sure I could have gotten it cheaper but my buddy went back to let's say brand X and had to get it done here anyway costing him twice to get the job over. Love these guys ben there with my wife's car and the mother in law's too you know how bad that can go if it doesn't go right. Started with just oil changes then brakes and tuneups sure hope I don't need a transmission but I know where I will go. Ben there done that. Two thumbs up five stars and smiles.

Wow! I watched a very angry customer ride Chris for a very frivolous thing, can you believe there are people that walk into a repair shop and expect that they(the repair shop) are going to drop what they are doing just take care of them. I had been waiting myself for about 45 mins to get my oil changed, check engine light diagnosed and transmission inspected Chris was friendly and courteous not to mention fair. Sorry Mr big white truck you aren't the only guy in the world. Thanks Chris for helping us out
