Ever wonder if the terrible reviews on sites like Yelp are real? Maybe it's just some guy with an axe to grind. Not in this case; there's a reason why this place has a one star Yelp rating.



Called the guy, he said he could fix flat, drove cross town to his place. Upon first sight, instinct said run but then I saw his nice, friendly dog, decided to give the guy a chance. He said return in an hour, did so, not even started, made another trip back, guy said it was fixed, paid him, went home, put wheel back on bike, not holding air, not fixed. Took wheel off, returned to this place, told the guy I wanted my money back, he said no, that "he done the work." I said great but he didn't fix problem. He repeated that he'd done the work. He then said the tire was fine when it left his shop (2 hrs previously). Fruitless to argue with him; gave him one more opportunity to refund money. He closed door in my face.



Out $25, four cross town trips, wasted a lot of time. Lesson learned; trust your instincts, go to reputable place with honorable people.
