      Welcome to the Estate Planning Law Office of Jonathon L. Petty, Inc. We provide exceptional service in creating customized Estate Plans to meet the needs of each family, while creating a compassionate family-like experience. Jon was a partner at Wright & Wright Attorneys at Law for a few years, and decided to establish his own firm implementing fresh, dynamic ideas, while keeping our work afford...able by keeping our overhead low. We are five (5) weeks away from having a website... A couple of exciting features will be: news articles, blogs, CE credits for CPA's, informative newsletters for advisors and clients, and we will be hosting EP 101 workshops right away! Most of you may not be aware that many costly estate plans simply do not work. At our EP 101 Workshops, Jon will address what he believes to be the BIGGEST problems with Living Trusts and how to make sure you do not experience them. He will also share with you his ideas on how to keep your trust current so that it will, in fact, do what you expect it to do for you and your heirs.
