      Dr. Borba was born and raised in Tulare, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences at the University of California, Davis and her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of California, Berkeley. Over the course of her academic career, Dr. Borba ranked on the national dean’s list and was a member of several honor societies. She provides primary eye care to patients at EYE-Q, including eye examinations, contact lenses, and the treatment and management of certain ocular diseases.
