Our agency has a collective 50 years of experience in the California employee benefits marketplace. Our backgrounds include: Vice President of Marketing for a national insurance administrator, Associate Director for a California acturarial firm, and many years as a consultant to public and private businesses throughout California. Dennis Lee Insurance Services was formed in 1992 and incorporated in 2001. We specialize in a broad range of products including, partial and fully self insured plans, health savings accounts and other products designed to help our clients gain control over the increasing cost of their benefit plans. The most important aspect of employer sponsored group insurance is in developing a business philosophy in regard to your benefits programs. Understanding the various programs available to you in achieving your goals is critical to providing a successful and cost effective program. We will assist you in making the decisions that accurately reflect your business philosophy. Our company will assist you in communicating your program to your employess in a comprehensive manner. We will meet with your employees during plan implementation and open enrollment periods to assure they understand the program. Government mandates change annually. COBRA ( Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act ), HIPAA ( Health Insurance Portability Act ) and ERISA ( Employee Retirement, Income and Security Act ) must be administered and communicated properly, in lieu of government penalties. We will assure you have the information and tools you need to meet these mandates.
