The stores is ran be an overly cheap asian couple that buys only the cheapest things to work with. They ruin garments and will withhold it from the customer for months unless they can play it off as "it said this on the care label". They also show visible favortism to the only other aisan worker. Thier spotters are a joke and if something is too tough for them the just look at it and slap on one of their notes saying they couldn't get it out. Lastly the customer service is a joke. The employees do not speak with a customer only grab the cloths and tell them the price and any speacial needs are not listened to and ignored. All in all a bad place to go.
