I came by just to get a nail out of my tire. Melissa the rep let me stand there and watch her type on the computer before even acknowledging me. Then when she did finally help me she was rude like I was bothering her and quoted me an hour wait. I had a infant and a toddler, as if I wanted to wait an hour for something so simple! I went down the street and was in and out fast! So so much competition within a mile of them, they sure don't act like they need your business.
