We offer private lessons for auditions, summer Classes as well as a summer mini camp 3 days a week, and Dance classes of all types and for all ages. Studio E has been in business since 1969 and is known as the most acclaimed dance center in Queens. What sets this center apart from all the others is the center's devotion to quality dance education, as well as top quality instruction by teachers who are experts in their fields. Studio E Teachers: All the teachers are qualified professionals and committed to their students and the art of dance. We provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum, which introduces rudimentary ballet as well as freer, forms of movement. The classes are devoted to developing their bodies, their imaginations and their musicality. Pre-Ballet: This class is for our 4-5 year olds. By learning dance exercises and using dance games, they develop a dance vocabulary and technique that feels natural to them. Their introduction into the world of dance is a happy and rewarding experience that enhances the childs self-confidence. Ballet & Tap:At this stage our 5 -6 year olds learn dance exercises and use dance games. This helps them to develop a dance vocabulary and technique that feels natural to them. Their introduction into the world of dance is a happy and rewarding experience and enhances their self-confidence. Jazz & Tap: This class is for our 6-7 year olds. Our children continue to develop rhythmically as well as they develop their technique and use it to branch out into new and exciting styles. Ballet at Barre: For our 6-7 year olds who are interested in learning a more disciplined form of ballet.
