They get 2 stars only for effort...sort of. My husband ordered flowers online on 2-11... from THEIR website for valentines day. The day before valentines he called them to make sure everything was ok. They told him they didn't see his order. He said he ordered online. They told him they cancelled using FTD (online) a few weeks ago so that's why it didn't go through. It's STILL part of their website. And why would you cancel using FTD right before Valentine's day??? Whatever... they looked up his order and said they would do it. He old them he would pick it up. On Valentine's day he called to see if it was ready for him to pick up. They said they didn't have it ready because she was just getting there (at 10:00 on Valentines day) but if they gave him 10 minutes before he left they would have it by the time he got there. It takes about 20 minutes to get there. Well... what he got was ALOT different that what he ordered. I like to order local and told my husband to do the same anytime he could. Well... he ordered local. You decide yourself from the pictures...What he ordered & What he got.
