If i could give them zero stars, I would. When constructing our house and throughout the loan process, they acted in bad faith. Their customer service is hit and miss. So far, I've received more misses than hits. I'm in the processes of trying to refinance the 5 year arm we got instead of the 30 year fixed rate that we were promised when we started our construction. Don't bank here!!!!!!
