Took an old antique wall clock in for it has stopped running. While I had replaced the battery in it that did not solve the problem. They took my clock, told me to stop back in an hour. They fixed my clock, cleaned my clock, and added a much needed second hand! The customer service was GREAT! Many businesses have seemed to lost that "Our customer's are important to us" feeling. Joseph Wise Clocks has not forgotten! I will go back for any of my time-keeping needs! Thank you folks!
