Originating from humble beginnings, JG3 Fitness was started in 2013 when its owner, Jay Glaspy III, started training individuals in his barn next to his house. Over the past 5 years, the business has grown & Jay now owns & operates a full-service gym in downtown Fremont, OH, offering everything from personal training, to yoga, to group workouts.
