never have I ever had my nails done so bad, if there was a negative rating I would have chosen it, I strongly recommend a better place because my nails were so screwed up after this visit, not only did he make my cuticles bleed, he didn't fix my nails when he saw they came out bad, it was terrible service!! It was ridiculous, he left excess nail polish and acrylic around the skin of nail and peeling this off was painful, in the end I removed the nail polish and repainted them myself, they turned out much better. once again, PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE!

My Mom and I had manicures this morning at Nail Trix in the Fremont Mall. We didn't have appointments but we're able to get right in. My Mom needed the shellac on her nails removed and then wanted them finished with regular polish. Her nail tech removed the shellac with a sander but did such an incomplete job that her polished nails are rough and bumpy. I had a regular manicure. My nail tech was not focused on doing my nails but kept looking at the waiting area, I presume in a hurry to get the next waiting customer. The entire manicure was so rushed that the cuticle soak lasted thirty seconds and the polish doesn't even cover my nails because a third coat was needed. Once done we were told to sit under a nail dryer and ignored. We finally had to ask if we were done. I would not go back and could not recommend Nail Trix.

Got full set of tips lasted over 3 weeks and wonderful service

I purchased a gift certificate 16 days ago and went in for a fill today. They tried to say that it was expired and accused me of changing the date. They were extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I immediately went to my office pulled up my credit card statement and printed it off. I then went back to the salon to show when I had purchased the certificate. The woman would not even look at it and would not apologize for her behavior. I am appalled at how I was treated today. D- very unprofessional, poor business ethics. Yuck.
