Dr. Coleman is wonderful, my whole family goes there and just loves him. We trust him very much and he is very upfront and honest about everything. Never had a bad experience there.
Charged me for 4 appts made for less that 24 hour notice of cancellation? How can you cancel within 24 hours if appts were originally made the evening before leaving less than 24hr?Then sent it to collections!!!! I'm sorry I work an important job and something came up so I could not leave! Personnel is very rude also!
I've been a patient for years but they recently billed me to remove a root fragment from a tooth that they originally pulled. It's a pretty good racket to do a sub-par job so you can bill again. Time to find a new dentist.
Walter Coleman is an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. He is professional, but personable. I love that he has a photo of his son on the website. He's a University of Michigan grad, and top notch dentist.
