At United Pro-Fab Manufacturing, we specialize in short-run jobs from prototypes to production. United Pro-Fab Manufacturing can work within just about any time frame and deliver your job on time and within budget! We've been your one-stop source for precision CNC machining, milling, and turning since 1984! We are competitive in spirit, and we know that to be the best, the delivery challenge must be met. We are classed among the highest by several of our customers as the top in-time performers. This is how we obtain the objective: Just in time, Manufacturing Systems. Our main focus since 1984 has been customer satisfaction. This has been proven by major philosophies: the highest possible quality component delivered on time. We recognize that price is always the bottom line! The majority of our work is aluminum, plastic (Peek, PPS, Torlon, etc.), and stainless steel; however, we also work with a variety of steels, including titanium and copper. Often 4th axis is in nature, limited only by the capacity of the enclosed list of equipment. We have embraced statistical quality control and practice real-time sampling of inspection data at our machining centers.
