I ordered a BRAND NEW Intel processor with StarMicro Inc., and after a long process I discovered that the processor was something that was not functional and simply pulled from another machine and shipped to me. sent a defective product. after taking the time to troubleshoot other parts it was infact a bad processor from starmicro. starmicro tech support was unhelpful and their supervisor who would be able to answer a question was conveniently out to lunch when i called. will not purchase from again
I ordeded a AMD cpu from this company....after 20 days (not counting weekends )I finaly got it. ONLY to find out they sent the wrong part. I requested an RMA....they got it in 4 days......only to LOST IT. Lucly they have my RMA request.
So, in short I should have the corect CPU in 6 to 8 months. ( I can only hope its the right one this time )
the only thing I have left to say is DO NOT USE THEM.
