Dr. Benny Shao is a board certified optometrist specializing in vision therapy for the treatment of learning-related vision problems, worsening nearsightedness, lazy eye, and eye turns. Our main office is in West San Jose near Cupertino. We have a satellite office in Fremont for the convenience of our East Bay patients. Vision therapy is a biofeedback training to improve eye alignment, focusing skills, tracking skills, and visual perceptual skills in order to improve patient's visual function. Through vision therapy and improving visual function, we have enabled our patients to become more successful students, achieve better eye-hand coordination, develop normal depth perception, and stabilize worsening vision.
