If there is ever an emergency with your pet, these guys are almost always on call so they're ready and willing to take your call.

John is a fantastic trainer. He met with me and my dog and helped assess the issues that I wanted resolved. He suggested a few ways to approach the situation and I was able to chose what would work for me. After just one training session I saw a huge difference. Mostly because I was able to learn how to handle my dog and correct his behavior when needed. A huge difference. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend ACI, and John.

John is an excellent trainer. We sent our dog Sophie (14 mos) for 2 week on site training. She needed help with manners, listening to us, and walking on a leash without pulling. We received pictures and updates from John. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. She came back to us calmer, better listener, and is walking on leash without pulling. We continued our education by having John come to our house. I needed training as well! Sophie's manners are much better, she listens much better, and is no longer pulling me on walks. We are going to continue with ACI for group training. I have learned a lot from John and would highly recommend him and ACI.

There is really nothing that they can do to improve their services. They are great. Just keep doing what you're doing.

One of the best things about American Canine Institute is that Gene is patient and will take his time to answer any of your questions or concerns and problems you have with your dog. He is also very accommodating doing things like spending extra time, staying late and meeting with you early if needed.

I don't t think there is anything Gene can do to make his services better. He has a good location, he is always available and provides great results from his services.

Gene and his staff were very accommodating and were willing to go out of their way for the best interest of my dog he trained. He really puts the emphasis on socializing them and they ultimately seem happier and are better behaved to this day.
