Unfortunately this must be written. They haven't done what they said they would and misrepresented themselves. They fixed my car after an accident and I had to return it to them on seven different occasions for the same problem to which they were unable to fix it and refused to help. I had a signed contract with them and they also told me my car would be exactly as it was before the accident. I since have had to have it repaired on my own, pay for it and they got $15k and never actually fixed the car. I'm totally disenchanted with their performance and would have thought that I would have received better treatment from a local shop. ONE STAR FOR YOU
