This was my first time ever going to this tire shop and everyone in there was beyond helpful. From the young lady answering the calls, I think her name is Jenny or Jenna to the people that actually worked on my car, they all went above and beyond. I am glad that this place is close to home because I will be certainly going back to them. Even in this extremely cold weather, that did not limit the work effort they put in for me. Thank you very much, I told the owner that I was going to write a review for sure because people tend to only write reviews when the service is terrible. They were all awesome and I feel like it was the coldest day of the winter. My goodness. Thank you all seriously. :)

Tire Champs are crooks! Stay away! They do not have the correct machine for installing and removing tires on custom rims, they grabed my rim by the lip and detroyed it. They forced my tires onto the 20in rim tearing the beading on the inside of the tire causing them to bubble and blow out on me within 10 days of being purchased. I went back they tried to tell me the tires were not new and were old and that he didnt sell me them when they wrote the reciept for new tires bought from them. Beware of them and have your tires checks. Toyo does not make nangkeng tires which they are also telling customers that they do.
