Dispatchers lie to the customers on a daily basis. Left waiting almost every single time. Tell you 15 minutes knowing that its gonna be triple that amount of time. They only have approximately 4 cars in their fleet. They don't want to lose the call so they lie to you. And its us who miss the train , be late for work , etc... Use any other service when in Freeport, NY. Save yourselves the impending headaches.

Horrible service. I ordered car the night before for a set time and it never showed up. I kept calling the dispatcher and he kept saying "a few more minutes". Needless to say it never showed up.
