If it were possible to give NO STARS, I would.  These thieves did a pair of rims for me in April and since April the rims came back to me 4 TIMES!  The first time you could see they never actually cleaned the rims and they were just painted over, oxidation as well as a chrome lip being horribly polished.  The second time the lip still looked horrible as well as the inside of the rim. again, it was never cleaned and just painted and cleared with the over spray of the face coat. The 3rd time and from this point I was called and told the polished lips were better off painted! I agreed that they painted the lips and cleaned up the rims to the point where they were GOOD ENOUGH.  
From that point I was unable to install it on the vehicle due to major repairs being done.  Once the vehicle was complete the wheels and tires were mounted after having them balanced and it showed 2 wheels horribly bent and 2 were slightly. The fourth time I then contacted them, they stated they would see what they could do. They stated they should have never touched the wheels because they were unable to straighten them and would refund me.  From this point the wheels were returned with marks on 2 of them, probably from dismounting the tires.  
The check came and was cashed, days later I received information that stated CLOSED ACCOUNT.  The check was from ANDY MEL & TONY AUTO COLLISIONS.  From this point I have been trying to receive another check and have had the following excuses: 1. The accountant wasn't in. 2. The manager was not available. 3. Being hung up on when I call.  
It is unfortunate and a disgrace how they do business and on top of it, these Crooks do horrible work and WILL NOT own up to there mistakes.
